Our family's Nantucket story began in the 1700s, establishing a connection to this magical island that spans over three centuries. Through changing times and tides, our ancestors lived, worked, and thrived here, developing a profound understanding of Nantucket's unique character and rhythms.

Fishers Landing Legacy

The Fishers Landing community where our properties are located holds particular significance in our family history. For over 200 years, this land served as our family farm, nurturing generations and establishing our deep ties to Madaket.

The Nantucket Farmhouse, built in 1840, stands as a living testament to this agricultural heritage. Originally serving as the central farmhouse for the surrounding land, this historic structure has been lovingly preserved while being completely renovated in 2023 to offer modern comforts alongside its authentic character.

As stewards of this special place, we've thoughtfully developed our properties to honor the land's history while creating spaces where new memories can be made for years to come.
